Payment Options

If you cannot pay on your due date, ZLN Finance offers all their customers a 10-day grace period because we care about you. Making on-time car payments gives you an opportunity to improve your credit history and change your life. Make your payments with one of these easy payment methods.

Online Payments

Debit/ATM Card, Checking, or Savings Account

Payments will be posted according to the schedule established by the customer. Changes to recurring payments need to be made one day prior to the next scheduled payment date. Payments are processed 5 days a week and not on holidays.

Mail

Check or Money Order via U.S. Post Office Do not send cash.

Payments are posted the same business day if received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Payments received after business hours will be processed the next business day. It is recommended that you mail payments 7 days before the due date.

Important Information about Late Fees – If the payment due is not made prior to the payment posting cut-off time on the day when the late fee grace period expires, a late fee will be assessed. If a late fee is assessed, it will be posted on the same day after the payment posting cut-off time. The payment posting cut-off time varies by payment type. Please see below to learn the payment posting cut-off time for each payment type. Please refer to your contract for the amount of your late fee and the length of your late fee grace period.
